In the search for more power and performance from their Ginetta G50, Speads recently completed a V8 engine conversion. The LS3 engine, mated to a Drenth gearbox nearly doubled the original power output of the car.

Speads wanted to celebrate their achievement and mark their entry to the GT Cup with this extreme machine with something a bit more exciting than the yellow ‘go faster’ stripes down the middle of the car.

Team principle Patrick Schwarfeggar of TCS, who run the car, presented Junction1 Graphics with a design on a white BMW, “I want something similar to that”. Junction1, concepted a design, which was iterated, and finally approved, before being applied to the car, whilst it was still in build.
